Complaints

Marlborough Osteopathic Services Ltd endeavour to practice holistic, effective osteopathic treatment for patients of all ages, whilst following the latest guidance on good practice and keeping up to date with on-going changes in the health environment.

Should a problem arise, if you have been dissatisfied or feel there is something that needs improving please tell us and we will make every effort to ensure a swift response and provide a solution. If you are not happy with any aspect of your care, we encourage you in the first instance to mention it to your Osteopath, our Practice Manager or member of our administration team so they can correct the problem. Your complaint will then be fully investigated and we will keep you informed throughout this process.
